Field trip was canceled due to weather, no problem! Preschool through 3rd grade students made a field trip to North Lab Theatre instead. Students bought tickets, found their seat according to the tickets, and purchased snacks with left over money!

Our sophomore Josey rocked the "Girls Only" event at Burlington yesterday! 🚀 So much hands-on career exploration!
She got to:
🔬 Learn Physical Therapy & Rock Tape with Dr. Schaal
🧪 Make lip balm (Hello, Chemistry!)
🛠️ Solder a bracelet
🌉 Engineer a miniature bridge
Dr Schaal who is Burlington local Physical Therapist was the keynote speaker and it was so inspirational!

BIG thanks for people and businesses donated materials! We were able to make 11 blankets yesterday and we got at least 6 more to go! Students made "get well" card and we will be donating all blankets and card to children's hospital once rest of the blanket is done!

School Picture Day is next Thursday (Oct. 9)!
This year we will be hosting our own picture day with all proceeds going to the International Travel Club! Our picture packages are affordable and we've ordered all the gear to make nice, studio style pictures as well as class pictures. All are welcome so if you know of a homeschool family that might be interested, please tag them!

Our high school students had an excellent and informative day at the college fair hosted by Limon School. Students challenged themselves to talk with as many colleges as possible, collecting pamphlets and asking key questions to help them learn more about different schools. A special shout-out to our senior, Clayton Nelson, who collected 19 pamphlets! Thank you Limon school for hosting.

Due to lack of interest the we have decided to cancel Tacos and Tie Dye Night. We will instead be hosting a life-sized version of Clue starting at 6pm for fourth grade and up. Snack concessions will be available!
